Organization Management Platform
One Leo Portal: Connected administration for Leo organizations
A purpose-built platform that brings members, projects, officer history, reporting, communication and organizational knowledge into one connected system.
The challenge
Leo administration is often spread across spreadsheets, forms, WhatsApp messages, personal drives and yearly handovers. This leads to repeated data collection, duplicate records, missing project history and difficult transitions between boards.
The solution
I created one connected, multi-organization platform designed around the real structure of Leoism. Information entered once can support membership, projects, officer roles, reports, communication, domains and historical records. LIA-assisted workflows also help turn existing information and project ideas into structured, reusable records.
My role
I independently designed and built the complete platform: product structure, Laravel multi-tenant architecture, organization hierarchy, member and officer systems, project workflows, LIA-assisted tools, email campaigns, domains, server integration, portal branding, admin dashboards and production deployment.
